Role and Responsibilities

Lead technician (“hands on”) leading the SBS team and reporting to the operations manager.Perform general preventative and corrective maintenance (predominantly on the building and the building fabricEnsure work orders are completed in alignment with JLL KPIEnsure all works meet site KPI’s and standards of quality set forth in the client contract. Ensuring all facilities activities and requests are tracked and resolved in timely manner in line with the helpdesk SLA.Ensure all works meet site safety requirements and SPA/RAMS are up to date for worksResponsible for maintaining appropriate levels of spare parts on site.Conduct site inspections per current JLL/client expectationsEnsures compliance with JLL and client best practice, policies and procedures including Quality and EHS compliance. Develop a close working relationship with key Client stakeholders & partners and vendorsInvolved in the JLL on site EHS program, including reviewing ATW’s, RAMS, safety awareness, site safety walks etc.Constantly identifying and creating ways to improve efficiency across all facilities related servicesReport to the Operations manager with solutions and/or recommendations on maintenance issues. Meet and exceed Client relationship and expectation levelsHigh quality service levels for the siteComplete all related SBS work orders PMs and CMs for the site

Skills

5 plus years previous facility experience within the maintenance/engineering/utilities/facilities environment.Previous supervision/foreman experienceKnowledge and experience of use of maintenance management tools and techniques.Strong MS SkillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Good analytical skills and ability to think logically in order to problem solve.  Evaluate information from problem solving activities. Experience of working in a multi skilled team environmentAbility to work to tight timescales.Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills both written and verbal.
