As a Lead Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Planning and execution of field resource deployment to meet customer and business metricsInterfacing with the customer service managers and developing long range forecast for region resource needsDeveloping and executing short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training Communicating across direct organization and presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategyHandling latitude in project techniquesHandling diverse clients in a region

To be successful in this role you will:

Have an Engineering degree or technical diploma with relevant equivalent experienceHave 10+ years of experience in cementing operations Have 5+ years of offshore experience with Seahawk experienceHave experience managing a teamHave experience in project leadershipBe a team player and display excellent communication skills in English
