As a Service Delivery Equipment and Product Coordinator you will be responsible for:
Balances resource demand across their area by monitoring and optimizing equipment and personnel utilization while minimizing expenses. Assigns crews to jobs and oversee mobilization and de-mobilization. Contributes to product availability management considering delivery schedule, changes in supply/demand and inventory sourcing plans, working closely with the materials management team.Develops the training and competence strategies for Field Operators. Coordinates competency assessment, monitors progression and training compliance. Utilizes Baker Hughes resources to develop a good understanding of DOT requirements. Ensure fleet and drivers are DOT compliant.Fuel your passion
