This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on both 340B and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement initiatives, helping to grow our programs and optimize financial performance in a meaningful healthcare environment. About the Role
As a Lead Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for managing a balanced portfolio of tasks including growing the 340B Program—identifying opportunities and registering hospitals and sites for eligibility—as well as handling 1-2 cost reports with preparation and review of MAC adjustments. You will support leadership by researching reimbursement scenarios, performing financial modeling, and completing Models 3-4 times annually for settlement purposes. Additionally, you will manage Medicaid DSH Eligibility and HSL surveys, contributing to compliance and reimbursement strategies. Key Responsibilities Grow and develop the 340B Program by identifying opportunities and managing hospital/site registrations. Prepare and review 1-2 hospital cost reports, including MAC adjustments. Assist leadership with reimbursement analysis by researching topics and modeling various scenarios. Complete Models 3-4 times per year to support settlement entries. Complete Medicaid DSH Eligibility and HSL surveys accurately and timely. Collaborate with team members to enhance reimbursement processes and ensure compliance. Provide insights and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree required; a degree in Finance or a related field is a plus. 3+ years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience; healthcare industry experience preferred, with at least 2 years in healthcare. Proven experience working with complex data sets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; experience with relational databases and financial/operational modeling is a plus. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively within a team. Why IU Health?
