Job Description Insight Global is seeking a skilled Lead Salesforce Developer to join one of the largest Auctioneering companies in North America. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce development, automation, and integrations. This role will primarily focus on Sales Cloud enhancements, with lighter involvement in Marketing Cloud development. Key Responsibilities Deliver high quality software efficiently Provide technical leadership Write high quality, testable and easily maintainable code in a variety of languages (APEX/SOQL, Java, SQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS) Perform code reviews and provide feedback to other development team members Perform systems maintenance tasks Lead and mentor team members in technical and procedural aspects of software development Work with Product Owners in turning high-level business requirements into technical tasks and contribute to estimation Work with all internal technical stakeholders (QA, System Integrators, Solutions Architects) to ensure product quality and reliability in production environments Lead Software Development activities in an Agile workflow with Scrum, backlog grooming, retrospectives Stay up to date on technical functionality, new releases and features that are both part of the platform and larger ecosystem. Skills and Requirements Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline 5+ years developing software in a variety of environments with a focus on Salesforce 3+ years of Team Leadership 3+ years of Agile development Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Proficiency in automation tools and techniques within Salesforce. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration. Experience with Salesforce mobile application including Maps and Sales Cloud Expertise in Lightning Web Components and Apex. Strong knowledge of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).
