As a Salesforce Developer at CGI, you’ll work with our clients to enhance and streamline their Sales, Relationship, Service and Operations teams to deliver top-level service to end users while leveraging Salesforce best practices.

• Building and delivering capabilities that enable the client associates to provide the best CRM experience using cloud-centered solutions.
• Being a partner in a team set up to build and deliver end-to-end technology capabilities and experiences.
• Designing and managing execution of unit and integration test plans (automation and manual) to ensure that a quality solution is delivered.
• Performing necessary Salesforce data validation and writing/executing queries.
• Automating manual processes and ensuring automated unit tests and functional tests are written.
• Providing business stakeholders with daily updates based on ad-hoc and scheduled reporting needs.
• Fixing any defects and items which do not meet the acceptance criteria of the story or epic.
• Providing production support and timely triaging/fixing of features and data once live for end-users.
• Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce experience, including experience in a lead role
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other related Salesforce products
• Proficiency with Salesforce declarative features such as Flows, Lightning App Builder, Reports and Dashboards, etc.
• Hands-on experience with creating Experience Cloud sites
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data access management and security
• Hands-on experience with performing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and using REST/SOAP APIs
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
This position is located in Knoxville, TN or Chattanooga, TN in a hybrid environment.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $195,200.00.
