You will generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams. This is Customer-facing role responsible for driving growth and winning business in the Caspian region. This position will lead Business Development for Well Construction (Drill Bits, Drilling Services, and Drilling & Completion Fluids) and play a pivotal role in establishing Baker Hughes as a key player in this strategic market.
 

As a Lead Sales Specialist – Drilling Services/Well Construction, you will be responsible for:
 

.Owning the Well Construction business development strategy and execution for the Caspian region, with a strong focus on Drilling Services (DS) and Logging While Drilling (LWD) technologiesDeveloping and implement a ramp-up plan to capture market share and position Baker Hughes as a serious competitor in the region.Driving growth across Drill Bits (DB), Drilling Services (DS), Drilling & Completion Fluids (DCF), and On Demand Solutions (ODS).Managing customer relationships, upsells, and long-term contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.Adapting strategies to non-typical market conditions and identify innovative approaches to secure businessLeading market intelligence efforts to understand trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements in the Caspian regionActing as senior business leader in Caspian with responsibilities directly to the Regional Segment Director (RSD) to own and execute the Caspian growth strategy.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have a Bachelor in related field or relevant professional experience in Oilfield Services or Oil & Gas IndustryHave at least 4 years of experience in Sales/ Business Development, or customer facing roles within the oilfield services sector.Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication and presentation skills.Have Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Drilling Services and LWD technologies is a must
