Deliver sales target by developing sales strategies and executing plans for his/her territory and accounts in alignment with the company and the team to achieve financial goals of the business.Develop short-term and long-term marketing strategy, execute marketing plans through to launch and maintenance according to project plan.Lead personal development having passionate attitudes towards the jobs

Essential duties & responsibilities: (detailed description)

Understand core needs of customers and dealers to translate them into his/her strategy and plansDevelop sales strategies and action plans to achieve financial goals  Engage his/her plans to business counterparts such as dealers, customers, and internal biz partnersExecute, monitor and assess his/her plans with good quality and in timely mannerCome up with innovative solutions in meeting his/her targets and collaborating with the teamEfficient at administrative works: including kit managementDevelop product marketing strategies including product portfolio, positioning, pricing, go-to-market strategies and incentive plans for product promotion

Education & special trainings:

Bachelor’s degree or above.Good product knowledge and business intelligence in his experienceTrusted and professional relationships with key customers and business partners at his current career

Qualifications & experience:

More than 3 years’ sales experience in medical device industryExperience in Medical equipment market highly preferredExperience in both direct and in-direct sales is preferred

Physical & mental requirements:

Must demonstrate strong ownership and accountability in achieving personal goals while contributing to the growth of the team and the company. A solid understanding of the company’s strategy and the ability to align effectively with internal and external partners is essential.
