WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As the Lead Rep for Sports Direct team in EMEA, you will lead a key Sport in the business with Sports Direct, a Global Strategic partner for Nike. You’ll join a talented, highly motivated, and business-driven team that thrives on delivering results. Working within a dynamic, cross-functional environment, you’ll collaborate as a team to bring impactful work that inspires and serves consumers across EMEA.

They excel in partner management, negotiation, and business planning, leveraging data and digital tools to optimise performance. A proactive problem-solver, they thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and build strong relationships to drive mutual growth.

Key traits and skills:

 A strong track record of sales experience in account management or related field

Proven expertise in sales and commercial partnership management

Partner management experience at buyer level, merchandising or planning

Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional projects, including eliciting information, active listening, open dialogue, and clearly articulating ideas.

An effective team player and positive influence

Passion for sports and interest in emerging digital trends

Ability and flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will drive revenue, margin, and market share by executing Nike’s EMEA sport strategy with Sports Direct. You’ll plan and manage assortments, optimise trading, and deliver premium consumer experiences across digital and physical channels.

Your responsibilities include:

Adopt and execute seasonal assortments based on merchandising frameworks

Ensure seasonal product flow and optimise in-season trading and replenishment

Execute Consumer Code with your partner end-to-end bringing excitement and inspiration

Collaborate with central sport sales teams to bring EMEA strategy to life

Drive forecasts and scenario planning using sport, consumer, and marketplace insights

Manage partner presentation across digital and brick-and-mortar platforms

Lead seamless online-to-offline consumer experiences and product launch journeys

Build strong partnerships through proactive problem-solving and Ground Game engagement

Represent Nike consistently at retail visits, staff training, and competitor analysis

Implement partner strategies focused on elevation & expansion with distinction in the marketplace
