About the Role

The Lead Rostering Coordinator is responsible for connecting our community care clients and care workers, through the delivery of high-quality referral, intake and rostering support. This role is vital to improve the quality of our services and employment experience by supporting and working with our stakeholders. The Lead Rostering Coordinator also is responsible for reviewing rosters to maximise utilisation and reduce travel times and any other duties as directed by the Senior Coordinator – Rostering.

Key Role Accountabilities:

Communicate with clients and stakeholders providing advice and information regarding services.Communicate with staff regarding shift changes, rostering and client service needs.Review roster schedules to maximise utilization of billable hours and reduce travel times.Identify opportunities to reduce agency usage and maximise the utilization of WMQ staff.Manage leave coverage with staff and Agency providers to ensure client services are met.Record, action and refer any complaints, compliments and feedback to appropriate personnel.Responsible for efficiently communicating, planning, coordinating and modifying all schedules in accordance with sound rostering principles and Enterprise Agreements.Data entry as required into AlayaCare, CRM and other systems as required.Ability to complete system reports to aid in operations and as directed by Senior Coordinator - Rostering.Ensure all communication and interaction with clients is respectful, empathetic and reflects WMQ values.Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality through all client and staff interactions.Compliance tasks relating to rostering inclusive of entering staff leave, authorizing schedules, monitoring police checks, monitoring of fleet vehicles and timesheet entriesGeneral administration duties including client invoicing.

About You

Business related qualification and relevant experience.Demonstrated ability to schedule and coordinate rosters with minimal supervision and as part of a multi- disciplinary team.Demonstrated knowledge and experience communicating with aged care and people living with a disability.High level time management, problem solving and organisational skills.High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using AlayaCare and CRM or other systems as required.Willingness to participate in Learning and Development opportunities and be flexible with working hours.
