The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. Working within Risk Management, your mission will be to leverage your expertise to balance proactive protection and real-time mitigation of risks. Our team, including Claims, Insurance, Finance, and Safety, allows for a well-rounded approach to managing risk across all operations. As Lead Data and Technology Analyst, you will play a critical role in interpreting operational performance to uncover business risks and opportunities across claims, safety, and insurance. You will develop analytical and reporting tools within our risk management information system (RMIS) and on other platforms that enhance decision-making and provide actionable insights. You will develop a high-level of expertise in our RMIS and leverage it to collect, structure, and analyze data, and design and build solutions within it that help business partners understand safety, claims, and broader risk-related trends. In addition, you will lead in-depth analyses to support the evaluation of strategic initiatives and business opportunities, including both new proposals and ongoing programs. This role requires close collaboration with internal partners to address key business questions, as well as the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders. It also involves identifying and implementing process improvements by applying strategic problem-solving methodologies and strong communication skills. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs. **About you:** + Four-year degree; degree in technical/analytics field or equivalent preferred + Minimum of 6 years of experience in data or systems analysis + Deep theoretical understanding of data modeling techniques and experience applying that knowledge to business problems + Expertise in utilizing information systems to manage and analyze large data sets + Strong problem solving and analytical skills + Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and understand both business and technical topics, translate ideas between them, and engage in and facilitate healthy debate **_This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs.
