**JOB SUMMARY**
The Lead Renovation Specialist is responsible for overseeing a team of Renovation Specialists, managing their schedules, assigning work, and ensuring successful execution of renovation projects across multiple locations. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills to coordinate teams, monitor project progress, and maintain high-quality standards. The Lead Renovation Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for direct reports, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support. The Lead Renovation Specialist will work side-by-side with the Renovation Specialist team to complete project scope with their personal contributions.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES**
* Supervise and lead a team of Renovation Specialists across assigned territories.
* Develop, maintain, and adjust work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and timely project completion.
* Assign renovation projects and tasks to team members based on skills, availability, and workload.
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
* Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and vendors to support project needs.
* Conduct site visits to scope projects and place orders for necessary materials and supplies.
* Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training.
* Conduct regular project site visits to assess progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with company standards.
* Resolve escalated project or personnel concerns in a timely and effective manner.
* Prepare reports on project status, resource allocation, and team productivity for leadership.
* Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
* Work side-by-side with the Renovation Specialist Team to complete project scope - personally contributing to work being performed.
* Oversee inventory of company assets assigned to team.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
* 5+ years of renovation, construction, or facilities project management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Strong understanding of renovation processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
* Excellent organizational, scheduling, and resource management skills.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software; familiarity with budgeting and reporting.
* Ability to travel frequently to sites as required.
**Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
* Experience managing multi-site renovation projects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software.
* OSHA certification or equivalent safety training.
**Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions**
* While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands and arms.
* Frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
* Regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds. Occasionally required to lift up to 100 pounds
* Telephone usage: Ability to communicate with internal and external members
* Required usage of cleaning chemicals, ladders, and cleaning utensils
* Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts
* Noise level in the environment is occasionally loud
**Travel Requirement**
* Travel between clubs to service multiple facilities will be required.

**Compensation Summary**
**All Employees:** Free Club Membership, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Basic Group Live and AD&D Insurance ($10,000), and 401k Savings and Investment Plan.
**Average of 30 hours or more per week:** Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and Sickness Benefits (in addition to the above).
Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education.
Salary range will vary based on geography of the applicant.
Pay Range for Los Angeles, Orange County and Seattle: $55,315.00-$69,173.00 (Exempt), $26.59-$33.26 (Non-Exempt)
Pay Range for Bay Area (California) & New York City (incl. New Jersey): $57,720.00-$72,180.00 (Exempt), $27.75-$34.70 (Non-Exempt)
Pay Range for San Diego & Carlsbad (California) and all other locations: $51,948.00-$64,962.00 (Exempt), $24.98-$31.23 (Non-Exempt)
