Lead Reliability Engineer - Pressure Pumping

The Pressure Pumping Reliability Engineer is responsible for identifying leading and executing activities aimed at reducing the cost of failure caused by non-productive time, repair cost, personnel, and premature product failures this role works within or in close collaboration with regional service delivery, global product line, engineering, quality and supply chain functions to ensure comprehensive incident management and robust corrective and preventive action implementation. 

As a Reliability Engineer, you could be responsible for: 

Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (iMtJC) process using all digital tools from Business Transformation (BT) 

Leading/participating in incident investigation ensuring end to end process from job planning preparation, execution is considered to determine the incident root cause and drive appropriate corrective & preventive actions 

Focusing on preventing failures during the life cycle management of a product or service through active monitoring and corrective action planning. 

Supporting job planning and preparation by participating in risks assessments (RA) deviation waiver (DW) management of change (MOC) and ensure the deployment readiness assessment processes is followed using Job Center (DRA) 

Participating in the engineering design review process. 

Executing the key steps outline within the field incident management process (FIMP) 

Managing the FRACAS DMAIC stages, applies root cause analysis (RCA) processes, develop and review cause maps, facilitate & leads incident investigations and corrective action boards. 

Developing RCA reports and technical or field bulletins, facilitates or leads incident review and corrective action boards. 

Identifying FRACAS trends to prioritize failure modes to investigate for corrective actions, analyze performance data and monitor performance identifying and reporting performance trends. 

Developing and report key performance indicators (KPI) as needed. 

Sharing lessons learned with the field population, collaborates across reliability engineering community to facilitate knowledge transfer. 

Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for respective area to service delivery and supply chain functions. 

Supporting new product development in all aspects relevant to reliability engineering through direct liaison with engineering and the deployment region. 

Handling special projects as required

To be successful in this role you will: 

Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience within the product line 

Excellent leadership strong interpersonal influencing and planning skills 

Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization 

Understanding of the service delivery process and the technical nature of the business 

Desired  

Preferred prior experience includes roles such as field engineer or reliability engineer 

Excellent analytical skills excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Facilitation and presentation skills 

Ability to work and communicate well with others 

Previous experience in presenting detail and technical information preferred 

Advanced problem-solving skills with respect to applied engineering design and technology development 

A strong six Sigma DMAIC process and business intelligence knowledge 

Self-contained self-motivated and structured to work within a global interdisciplinary team under limited supervision with a strong commitment to learning 

Must be able to effectively communicate in English
