Overseeing assigned employees and activities for the efficient administration of nursing activities. Coordinates daily clinical operation needs in assigned areas. Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and adhering to standards of nursing practice, department-specific policies, procedures, and protocols.

Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited School of NursingFifteen hours of continuing education every two yearsCurrently licensed as an RN in the State of MassachusettsBLS/CPR certificationKnowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.Proven excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
Specialty certifications, licensure, or accreditation as required based on department specialty.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
