Purpose of the job:
The Lead Regional Indirect eCommerce EU drives the development, governance, and expansion of Indirect eCommerce across the EU Region. The role ensures operational excellence, market onboarding, data accuracy, and seamless execution of the regional strategy in line with the DRIVE framework.
This position enables sustainable growth by accelerating greenfield market launches, strengthening partner engagement, embedding best practices, and ensuring high‑quality reporting and performance monitoring.
Your ‘Day to Day’
1. Market Penetration & Expansion
· Execute the EU regional strategy to expand Indirect eCommerce presence across priority and greenfield markets.
· Lead onboarding, operational readiness, and performance evaluation for new market launches.
· Collaborate with category teams to tailor content and ensure availability of high-quality, user-friendly digital assets for indirect partners.
· Support markets with competitive insights, partner evaluation, and performance improvement actions.
2. Reporting Management & Performance Governance
· Implement tools, templates, and routines for competitive price monitoring and supply data collection.
· Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely reporting across the region, including monthly performance SLAs.
· Monitor KPIs such as launch completion, assortment compliance, visibility, and revenue growth.
· Synthesize insights and drive follow-ups on performance opportunities with markets and regional leadership.
3. Operational Excellence & Strategic Alignment
· Facilitate the sharing of best practices and benchmarking across markets, including competitive insights and industry trends.
· Drive flawless execution of initiatives aligned with the DRIVE framework, ensuring governance, speed, and scalability.
· Provide regional guidance and expertise on tools such as Profitero, SimilarWeb, internal dashboards, and other competitive intelligence platforms.
· Support process standardization to reduce duplication of efforts across markets.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
· Organize and lead quarterly roadmap reviews, monthly reporting routines, and structured communication forums across markets.
· Act as the regional point of contact for Indirect eCommerce strategy, toolboxes, and campaign asset deployment.
· Foster transparency, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement across Local Markets, Regional Teams, Digital, Marketing, and GBS.
5. Training & Capability Building
· Promote and facilitate participation in indirect eCommerce capability-building programs.
· Support markets in adopting new tools, frameworks, and assets through structured training and ongoing guidance.
Who We’re Looking For
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Strong experience in eCommerce, Digital Trade, Commercial Operations, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Excellence, preferably in a regional/multi-market scope.
· Solid understanding of eCommerce performance levels, indirect channel models, and competitive monitoring.
· Advanced analytical skills (PowerBI, Salesforce, Profitero, SimilarWeb, or equivalent).
· Experience in KPI frameworks, commercial reporting, and governance routines.
· Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Ability to drive process standardization, SOP adoption, and continuous improvement.
· Familiarity with budget governance, KPI monitoring, and operational performance tracking.
