Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead React/.Net Core Developer in Chicago, IL. Summary: As a Lead React/.Net Core Developer, you will be responsible for the development of mission critical applications, while working with a team of developers. You will design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing applications. Additionally, as a Lead Developer, you will build these applications with a focus on delivering cloud-based solutions. The individual will use leading edge technologies and enterprise grade integration software daily. In this role, you will be relied upon to help take this team to the next level from a technological standpoint. Duties: * Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design * Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements * Develop and contribute to airline domain subject matter expertise; Become an expert regarding our applications * Support, maintain, and document software functionality * Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements * Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs * Works without supervision with complete latitude for independent judgment * Mentor less experienced peers and display leadership as needed
