_In this role, you will have a direct impact on the maintenance processes and operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise to ensure smooth maintenance activities._ **_Key Responsibilities_** _Provide technical expertise and guidance to the maintenance team_ _Support the implementation of maintenance processes and procedures_ _Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth maintenance activities_ _Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and quality_ _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation_ _Daily work assignments are completed on time and no rework is required._ _Maintain and repair all assets to ensure their proper operating condition_ _Document maintenance tasks and submit maintenance reports_ _Setup and maintain work cells in accordance with 5S principles._ _Manage maintenance schedule priorities and independently tracking inventory of spare parts while executing work to meet company deliverables_ _Carry out down time analysis related to SMT machines_ **_YOU MUST HAVE_** _5+ years of experience in maintenance or a similar role_ _Strong technical knowledge and expertise in maintenance processes_ _Experience of SMT Equipment (DEK Machine, Panasonic Pick & Place, Heller and AOI Koh Young)_ _Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills_ _Effective communication and interpersonal skills_ _Experience in the manufacturing industry_ _Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques_ _Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software_ _Leadership and team management skills_ _Continuous improvement mindset_ _Mid-Level English (Reading and Writing is necessary)_ _High school diploma or equivalent_ _Proficiency in IPC 610_ Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
