As a Lead Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting inspection and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform final inspections of aerospace fasteners, nuts, bolts, electrical connectors, and other components to ensure compliance with industry standards. Verify parts against blueprints, customer specifications, and contract requirements using precision measurement tools. Decode engineering blueprints and drawings, applying GD&T principles to ensure accuracy and quality. Review supplier certifications, test reports, and quality documentation with a keen eye for detail. Log inspection results and non-conformance reports into SAP, maintaining accurate and audit-ready data.What's Needed?
3-5+ years of hands-on inspection experience in aerospace, medical devices, or other high-precision manufacturing sectors. Expertise with tools like micrometers, calipers, ring/thread gauges, and optical comparators. Deep familiarity with AS9100, AS9102, ISO 9001, and customer quality requirements. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to decode blueprints, interpret GD&T, and make confident, decisive judgments.What's in it for me?
