Share your resume with us today!** **Primary Responsibilities** + Inspect components, soldering and assembled mechanical parts. + Must be able to read and understand assembly instructions. + Perform Internal AS9100 audits. + Write Non-conformance and start investigation to root cause. **Basic Qualifications** + Candidate must possess a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of (5) years of experience inan ISO9001/AS9100 system or equivalent experience in DOD, Aerospace, or Automotive manufacturing quality control. + Candidate must have working knowledge of IPC-a-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 + Candidate must have experience working with non-conforming material, performing failure analysis, identifying root cause and implementing corrective action. + Must have experience reviewing work instructions for accuracy and completeness and implementing QMS documentation associated with AS9100. + Candidate must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. + Must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment. + The position requires candidates to be capable of performing in a collaborative environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams. + Candidates must be a resident of North Alabama or willing to relocate to the area. + Candidate must be be a US citizen and able to obtain/maintain a final secret security clearance **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook) + Prefer knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-J-STD-001 Space Addendum Come break things (in a good way).
