Job DescriptionResponsible for Plant Quality Management SystemResponsible for ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001Implementation, Sustainability and EffectivenessResponsible for creating, keeping, updating and tracking of central and internal directives, regulations, instructions, documentsLead QMM7 TeamCoordination of the internal/external process and system auditsCoordination of problem solving activitiesCoordination of Plant FMEAs and Control PlansCoordination of Plant 8Ds and other problem solving toolsPerform process/system auditsFollow-up of the findings and measures of the internal and external process auditsCoordination of central reporting to DC/QM and DC-CH/QMMDistribution of the given Q-Targets at plant level Value Streams / departments and deployment of the distributed targetsResponsible for internal and external trainings regarding QMSProject / process leading responsibility in line with Q-Plan such as 14Q Principle, Q-Mindset & Q-Qualification Improvement activities or other related QMS project (e.g. Archiving, etc)Plan and implement of the improvement activities regarding QMS in line with the plant quality planCoordination of the Plant Q-Activities e.g Q-Day, Q-Competitions, Q-Campaigns, etc.Support to standardization and lean activities

QualificationsBSc or MSc Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering or relevant engineering facultiesHave deeply knowledge and experience in quality management systemHave leadership skills in team leadingHave knowledge of quality assurance tools and methods such as measurement techniques, capability analysis of measurement systems, problem solving tools e.g 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why analysis, etc.Be structured, systematic and good at collaboration, have good communication skills both in internal and external business environmentHave ability to work as a part of an international teamExcellent command of written and spoken English

Additional Information

You will be required to evidence your right to work in the UK, as we are unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role.
