**Description** We are seeking an experienced Lead QA with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing. This role requires technical leadership in designing QA strategies, leading automation initiatives, executing functional and non-functional testing, and ensuring quality governance across multiple projects. Candidate will have proven experience in leading QA teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in quality processes. Key Responsibilities •Lead a team of QA engineers (manual & automation) across multiple projects. •Assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. •Mentor and upskill QA team members on tools, techniques, and processes. •Work closely with cross-functional teams (Dev, BA, DevOps, PMO) to align on quality objectives. •Recommend process and tool enhancements for better productivity and quality. •Promote Shift Left Testing by involving QA early in the development cycle •Establish and enforce QA processes, coding standards, and documentation practices. •Stay updated with emerging testing trends, tools, and technologies. **Qualifications** BE or Related Higher Qualification Experience Required - 8-10 Years Required Skills & Expertise * Automation Tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured. * Manual Testing: Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT, API Testing. * API Testing: Postman, REST Assured * Defect Tracking: JIRA, Azure DevOps. * Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum practices. * Performance Testing (Optional): JMeter * Languages: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript * CI/CD Tools: GitHub Actions, AWS **Job** Information Technology **Primary Location** India-Maharashtra-Mumbai **Schedule:** Full-time **Req ID:** 252853 **Job Hire Type** Experienced Not Applicable #BMI N/A
