Responsible for supporting project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget through effective resource coordination and adherence to industry-standard methodologies.
**What you’ll do**
+ **Manage the Sales Transformation Roadmap** : Maintain, and evolve the transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and sales priorities.
+ **Lead prioritization efforts** : Facilitate decision-making processes to prioritize initiatives based on business value, resource availability, and strategic alignment.
+ **Program governance** : Establish and oversee governance frameworks to ensure consistent execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
+ **Cross-functional collaboration** : Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to drive integrated planning and execution.
+ **Performance tracking** : Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and report outcomes to executive leadership.
+ **Change management** : Champion change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption across sales teams through effective communication, training, and support.
**What you’ll need**
+ Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation programs, preferably in Sales or Commercial functions.
+ Strong understanding of business sales processes, go-to-market strategies, and performance metrics.
+ Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
+ Expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
+ Ability to influence at all levels and drive alignment in complex environments.
+ Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
+ 5+ years of related experience.
+ Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Project/Program Mgmt, earns between $118,800 - $178,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
