Join our innovative, world-class team today! **Position Specific Description** NextEra's Power Generation Division Operational Excellence Team is seeking a Lead Project Manager - Solar Replication to join its renewable strategy team. Employees in this role will drive innovative operational solutions across NextEra's solar and battery energy storage sites. This role is ideal for a experienced solar professional with a strong background in project management and operations with a dedication to continuous improvement. In this position, you will have the opportunity to: -Lead high-visibility and strategically important projects that drive operational excellence across the organization -Champion continuous improvement initiatives, managing research, business case evaluations, vendor relationships, and project execution -Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to deliver high-impact projects within scope, budget and timelines Ideal candidates will demonstrate: -Proven experience managing large, complex projects with an operational focus, ideally within the energy sector -A track record of driving positive change through continuous improvement solutions and process enhancements -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities -Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software **Job Overview** Employees in this job plan, monitor and manage large-scale internal projects from initiation through completion.
