**Lead Project Manager (Global Engineering Projects)** We have an opportunity for a **Lead Project Manager within the Global Engineering Projects team** at Honeywell UOP Ltd based in Bracknell, UK. As a key member of the Engineering Projects team, you will use your project management experience and technical knowledge to lead Basic Engineering and Fast FEED™ projects for our customers worldwide. This position is responsible for leading a team of multi-disciplined engineers, project controls, etc., driving ownership at all levels to successfully deliver designs meeting all contractual requirements within budget. The position is responsible for providing leadership, support, and guidance to team members while maintaining positive relationships with the customers. You will be an ambitious Project Manager in a visible position to interact directly with peers and leaders with the capability to multitask, solve problems and look to forge a career within a global business. **This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model, with 10% global travel.** **Honeywell** As a global technology leader, Honeywell Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) enables the energy evolution, provides solutions that help reduce emissions, and delivers innovative renewable materials to our customers across industries. **_Powering the Future of Energy Transition, Sustainable Materials & Advanced Chemistry, and Petrochemicals._** + Coordinate and manage project team activities throughout all phases of the project, from initiation to close-out. + Develop and monitor the project execution plan, including parameters for schedule, costs, and staffing requirements. + Review and analyse performance data such as financial reports, budgets, and activity levels to assess productivity and goal progress. + Foster positive relationships with customers and manage meetings with clients and subcontractors to ensure effective communication. + Lead a multi-disciplinary team, maintaining accountability and clarity in scope of work, while tracking costs and implementing change orders and project close-outs efficiently. + Significant experience in Project Management or similar roles at EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors. + Preferred educational background includes a university degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering along with PMP Certification. + Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly effective in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation. + Demonstrated leadership in managing complex customer interactions and exceeding expectations through strong problem-solving capabilities. + Extensive experience in process engineering, cost estimating, procurement, and change order management, with hands-on construction/installation experience in refining, petrochemical, and gas processing environments, while proficient in MS Office Suite and Microsoft Project. **Our Offer** + Work for a well-known brand with a continued focus on innovation and growth. + Join a dynamic team where most leaders are promoted from within + A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovation We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
