You will be responsible for qualifications, execution and support for the repair sources. Application engineering, ITO support, orders management, planning, execution management, relationship with customers are included in specific cases. You will also be responsible for the management of overall HSE and Security compliance, monitoring directly both BH and Tenants.
As a Lead Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:
· Providing direct or indirect leadership for overall projects operation, including leadership for operation to execute customer projects and/or project monitoring activities.
· Being the single point of contact for Reciprocating Compressor Repairs Operations by monitoring execution and supporting technical needs.
· Managing Third party relationships by monitoring capability set-up and controlling technology transfer of Repair scope and process.
· Ensuring compliance with policies and processes and standardizing technical documentation and repair methodologies.
· Managing repair activities, identifying solutions, managing risks and assuring repair source qualification and Scope of Work definition.
· Collaborating with other functions to ensure seamless delivery to propel results in Orders and Cost of Quality.
· Controlling costs, project managing opportunities and supporting service procurement where required.
· Collaborating proactively with HQ functions like HSE, Engineering, Quality and Sourcing team in order to maximize the value of the network.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent. Have at least five years' experience in Reciprocating Compressor repair and overhaul.
· Have shop process knowledge and the capability to prioritize business requirements and to efficiently manage assigned budgets.
· Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
· Have excellent interpersonal, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Have good project management skills and the ability to document, plan, market and execute programs.
· Be able to demonstrate deep project management skills and process improvement skills.
· Have experience in warehouse management and spare-part management is an advantage.
