**What will you do** + Reporting & Analytics dashboards + Network Study for right sourcing, FG warehouses and loaner rooms + Managing RFPs for new warehouse setup + Pricing science and driving within technical services + Process excellence in Mako Ops, Demo Equipment Management & PLCM + End to end evaluation of Customer Service Operations + Define & execute a digital transformation roadmap for Customer Service Operations + Make BO organization ready for all the controls as required by Finance + Develop a technical training program for BO & TS and execute the same. This shall include but not limited to SC fundamentals, Lean, Analytics, Advanced Excel & PBI, JDE & Demantra **What you need** + MBA with 3 years + of experience in supply chain or operations + Supreme analytical & problem solving skills & customer Centric Mindset + Skilled in MS Excel /Power BI.
