Lead Program Administrator
The fulfillment of this role is essential due to the project volume and complexity. The lead program administrator shall handle and be responsible for: + Project coordination for multiple clients and related vendors. + Customer satisfaction, ensuring smooth execution and delivery. + Coordination with Factory and Other Stake Holders for readiness of Control System for FAT at Shope floor. + Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. + Efficient execution of new projects to achieve targeted business numbers. + Closure of legacy projects to maintain revenue flow and avoid penalties. Stakeholder management, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. + Operational excellence, compliance, and safety management to reduce risks. + Work with Project manager closely to understand design engineering and execution schedule and he should be able to understand tender requirements, FDS and all tender documentation. + Knowledge of Instrumentation standards, P&Id’s + Should be able to coordinate with the factory, conduct FAT for Control system with customer. + Ensures that the engineered solution meets project requirements in terms of functionality, standards, quality, and supporting documentation and implementation process at minimum cost for allocated work assignments. + Shares technical knowledge with project team, supervisor, own discipline and other engineering disciplines + Reports on progress and technical problems to Project Manager. + Proactively identifies potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work. + participate in project pre-commissioning, commissioning and SAT for the assigned project. + should be able to handle the warranty obligation of customers. + identification of the risk and opportunity on the technical side at the initial stage of projects. + Drive change orders with customers to improve the operability and enhance safety. + Participate in Site survey and Kick of meeting with customer/End user. + Co ordinating with the internal cross functional team like Factory, Procurements, LRC, Engineering & Auocad etc. + Handle communications with the customer till the final closing out of the projects and ensure smooth handover to customers. + Approval of vendors drawings, Manufacturing clearance, dispatch clearance and documents like TC, ITR review. + Interact with I&C contractors for defining I&C scope, checking I&C progress, listing balance I&C activities + Willingness to travel at various customer as and when assigned. + Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks + Maintain project documentation including schedules, progress reports, and change requests. + Troubleshoot and resolve site-level technical issues in coordination with engineering teams + Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to client operations teams. + EPKS/SCADA/HMI and related network + ML200 PLC / SMSC hardware, configuration and logic maintenance. + At least 6-7 years of experience of project coordination, project execution and closure of projects. + Knowledge of various communication protocols like Modbus TCP/IP, RS485, RS232 and their trouble shooting. + Experience in Oil & Gas terminal operations and safety protocols. + Familiarity with industry standards (API, OISD, IEC, etc.). + Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. + Willingness to travel and work at remote terminal locations Knowledge of all Field Instruments used in Terminal Automation System Batch controller, RIT, Card reader, Air eliminator, Strainer, PD Meter, MFM, DCV, Additive skid, Radar level transmitter, Servo level transmitter, TSI, MST, Pressure Transmitter, Density Meter, Vibrating Fork Type Level Switches, RTD, Pressure gauge, Temperature + Dip-engg - Instrumentation / Electronics/electrical with 7+ years in Terminal Automation System/TFMS system. + or BE/B. Tech - Instrumentation / Electronics / electrical with 5+ years in Terminal Automation System.
