This is an opportunity for a production worker within a CNC or similar environment to begin a career path into leadership. This is a team lead focused on overseeing production logistics. Shift: (1st) M-F/7am-3pm **Responsibilities:** + Support daily production by assigning labor per schedule and priorities. + Train team members and enforce company policies and safety standards. + Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure proper documentation (GDP compliance). + Monitor and report team performance to supervisor. + Communicate schedule changes and coordinate with other departments. + Ensure accurate material transactions (input, WIP, scrap, finished goods) and inventory traceability. + Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other tools. + Identify equipment issues and report promptly. + Oversee adherence to quality, productivity, housekeeping, and safety standards. + Support material disposition and follow procedures. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + 2+ years of work experience, with 1+ year in manufacturing.
