Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Web Merchandising who will lead the build of a new in-house web merchandising platform that will replace legacy systems and support merchants, creatives, copywriters, and operations teams in managing product assortment, categories, SKUs, images, copy, and cross-sell strategies. This is a ground-up build that will transform digital merchandising workflows across multiple brands. Duties: * Own product requirements, roadmap, and delivery for a new merchandising solution * Partner with UX, engineering, and business teams to define workflows, UI, and integrations * Lead intake, scoping, prioritization, and user story creation in Jira/Confluence * Drive change management, training, and adoption across a large business user base * Track feature effectiveness, KPIs, and continuous improvements
