He/She will be working as part of Geographies and Marketplace experiences(GAME) Global Technology organisation. Within this organisation he/she will be part of Partner Buy and Post Purchase Team.
Within Partner Buy and PP team, ITC teams are focused on Nike Teams Order Processing System (OPS) and Partner Engineering. Nike Teams is Nike’s B2B e-commerce platform designed for the North American market, primarily serving sports teams, corporate groups, and wholesale partners. OPS (Order Processing System) is Nike Teams’ dedicated order management platform, supporting end-to-end processing of custom apparel orders placed via NikeTeam. In addition, The Partner Engineering team focuses on the domains across Nike to ensure all incoming and outgoing data will be routed through the Partner Hub. Part of this effort is to consolidate Nike’s API portfolio into a secure, consistent, well-documented, and reliable suite of API for Nike’s partners.
Lead Product Manager plays an integral part of the Global Technology team as Nike is focused on the Win Now Strategy. This position sits within India Technology Centre (ITC) reporting to Sr Manager, Product Management GAME ITC.
He/She will be working closely with Ops team, Geo leads, Global Product Managers located in WHQ and ITC, cross-functional partnering teams within and outside of ITC as well as with engineering teams on a daily basis.

We're looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in Product Management and clearly demonstrated these skills:
Bachelor of Engineering in computer science or combination of relevant education, experience
Experience working in Customer Order Management is a must.
Experience working on Web UI/UX is a must.
Experience working on Cloud platform with API knowledge is a must.
Strong Analytical and Data Visualization Skills
Great business acumen and communication skills
Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
Prior experience owning experiences and platforms implemented on AWS Cloud, micros services architecture, domain event architecture
Experience with Agile tools, confluence, splunk, Figma, Adobe analytics.
Validated ability to adapt to changing needs, processes, and ambiguity
Strong meeting and work session facilitation skills
Solid grasp on Design Thinking Concepts and Design Leadership
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Lead Product Manager for Partner Buy and Post Purchase team, He/She will
He/She will focus on enhancing the OPS and Partner Hub experiences, integrating technology solutions, and implementing feedback mechanisms to continuously improve customer satisfaction. Ultimately, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Nike. Define and drive the roadmap and strategies to ensure it aligns with Nike’s CSR and FY AOP. Be an advocate of solving the right problems for our Nike Customers and Domain teams within Nike. Execute the business product roadmap, prioritizing and planning the features based on the needs of the business. Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance criteria and be the owner of the backlog. Partner with engineering on design solutions and architectural decisions and advocate the technical directions, and evaluate decisions and their impact on the business functionalities. Work efficiently in Agile environment, regularly validate the completed stories and check with the business to ensure it meets business product expectation. Track product features, performance metrics to ensure that the product is meeting or exceeding the targets, pivot the product roadmap direction as needed. Track value drops delivered, product adoption, and execution against the end-to-end roadmap. Great product sense and communicate effectively both verbally and written in a variety of settings and tailor communications to the target audience. Influence others through optimism, self-assurance, and fact-based recommendations.
