Using data-informed insights to envision desired customer experiences, the role will work collaboratively with subject matter experts to simplify products, processes, and tooling/platforms to deliver a simpler integrated multi-product experience. Success means that our multi-product converged solution packages are easier to understand, buy, install, manage, support, and more
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead efforts to simplify products, processes, and platforms to realize a seamless multi-product solution experience for business customersEvaluate impediments to an integrated experience from purchase through installation, support, and billing.Collaborate with subject matter experts in product, technology development, operations, sales, digital and designBenchmark AT&T Business multi-product experience for different customer segments vs the competition to prioritize improvement areasDrive reusability into enabling processes and toolingEnsure products are designed for convergence and scalability across diverse markets, from small business to enterprise and public sectorBe instrumental in realizing AT&T Business's vision to be the leading provider of converged connectivity solutions.The ideal candidate will bring:

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
5+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
Our Lead Product Management & Develop, earn between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
