In this role, you will be a key contributor within a high visibility team responsible for driving the retirement of AT&T’s legacy network across all business segments. The team’s success is directly tied to reducing business TDM network expenses, minimizing out of region TDM expense exposure, and delivering positive contribution to AT&T’s legacy P\&L.
The work is strategically significant, highly impactful, and regularly visible to senior leadership. High performers can expect meaningful leadership exposure and opportunities to influence enterprise level outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine strategies to achieve program objectives tied to legacy network retirement and financial performanceLead and execute projects aligned with achieving cost reduction and contribution goalsDrive cross functional teams to meet project specific targets and milestonesBuild and maintain a pipeline of initiatives that contribute to overall program goalsIdentify, escalate, and remove barriers preventing cross functional teams from achieving successClearly communicate program progress, financial impact, risks, and status to both leadership and execution teamsWhat you’ll need
Strong analytical and problem solving skillsDemonstrated project management experienceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelFinancially savvy, with experience developing and evaluating business casesAbility to clearly discuss financials and articulate the value and impact of work performedProven ability to quickly learn and apply new conceptsTrack record of delivering results across multiple organizations or functional teams• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.5+ years of related experience.Certification is required in some areas.

NoOur Lead Product Management & Develop, earns between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
