Job Requirements:

The candidate must have 3+ years of relevant industry experience with an MSEE or 6+ years’ experience with a BSEE. Solid background in high-speed circuit, electromagnetics, and microwave engineeringIn-depth knowledge of PCB, advanced packaging, and 3DIC design, simulation, and signoffFamiliar with 3D/2.5D/2D electromagnetics and spice simulation tools.Familiar with the PCB/PKG manufacturing processStrong technical insight to identify the root causeExcellent oral and written communication skillsWe’re doing work that matters.
