What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Lead Product Analyst for Data Teams at Evolent, you will be responsible for driving the execution of product development initiatives within the data domain. You will ensure alignment with the product vision and strategy defined by the Product Manager, while fostering seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing. Your role will be pivotal in managing project timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones and production support fixes.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between product managers, engineers, designers, marketing, and other stakeholders.Present regular project updates, manage expectations, and address concerns proactively.Identify and resolve potential risks that could impact project deliverables.Team Leadership
Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Facilitate inter-team collaboration and resolve conflicts effectively.Delegate tasks strategically, leveraging team members’ strengths and expertise.Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.Conduct regular quality reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.Metrics and Reporting
Track key product metrics such as timelines, scope, and CapEx.Generate reports and insights for stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.Analyze project data to identify improvement opportunities.Project Management
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies in collaboration with stakeholders.Break down complex projects into manageable components and assign ownership.Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to manage workflows and facilitate regular updates.Monitor progress and implement risk mitigation strategies in coordination with Product Owners and Managers.Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree.8+ years of experienceProven experience in product ownership or analysis, preferably in a product development environment within the US Healthcare domain.Strong analytical and research capabilities.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro.Technical understanding of software development processes is a plus.Experience with Data and EDI solutions is advantageous.
Preferred QualificationsDegree in a technical or related field.Familiarity with healthcare data formats (e.g., eligibility, claims, configuration, authorizations, clinical data).Experience with SQL, Python, or statistical software.Ability to write clear and concise product documentation (e.g., release notes, user guides).
Mandatory Requirements:
Employees must have a high-speed broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps and the ability to set up a wired connection to their home network to ensure effective remote work. These requirements may be updated as needed by the business.
