We are hiring immediately a full-time Lead Pilot as part of our Flight Operations within ProOwnership.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you can expect to lead world-class flight operations, mentor a team of dedicated pilots, and deliver an exceptional ownership experience. You’ll manage global missions, ensure safety and compliance, and drive innovation that sets new standards in private aviation. Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
Owner Liaison: Serve as the primary link between aircraft owners and Textron Aviation, ensuring clear communication, operational alignment, and exceptional service standards
Flight Operations Leadership: Direct and mentor dedicated pilots, oversee scheduling, and maintain balance between crew quality of life and owner expectations while ensuring worldwide flight readiness
Safety Compliance: Champion adherence to FAA regulations, Flight Operations Manual, and Letters of Authorization; maintain aircraft documentation, subscriptions, and operational certifications
Aircraft Readiness: Establish and enforce standards for aircraft inspections, discrepancy reporting, and maintenance coordination to guarantee optimal safety and performance
Training Development: Maintain personal currency and proficiency, monitor crew qualifications, and facilitate recurrent training programs to uphold professional and operational excellence
Process Improvement: Drive innovation and best practices across ProOwnership operations, recommending policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and elevate customer experience
What you need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree and current Pilot’s license are required
Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification with demonstrated skills exceeding minimum standards
Ability to obtain FAA First Class Medical and a valid U.S. passport
3,000 total logged flight hours, including 1,000 hours in turboprop, turbofan, or turbojet aircraft
International operating experience and familiarity with Citation or King Air products preferred
FAA Flight Instructor Certification a plus
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet customer insurance requirements
