Lead Physical Therapist provides expert orthopedic care for patients recovering from surgery managing sports injuries or dealing with spineextremity conditions You will also support and guide clinical staff while contributing to seamless clinic operationsKey Responsibilitiesmiddot Deliver highquality orthopedic evaluation and treatment for postoperative sports injury and spineextremity patientsSupport daily clinic operations including staffing workflow and equipment oversightMaintain a clean organized and safe clinic environmentAssist with quality assurance data tracking and regulatory complianceOnboard mentor and support new clinical staffCoach and provide clinical supervision for PTAs PT students and Rehab AidesServe as a clinical resource and role model for the therapy
