As a Physical Therapist Lead, you will provide shift supervision and monitor day-to-day operations. You will monitor assessment, treatment and rehabilitative services within the Physical Therapy Department. If you are dedicated to caring for others, this could be your next opportunity.** **Your duties and responsibilities may include:** **· You will collaborate with the Director/Manager to model, foster and drive a patient focused culture through ensuring service excellence "must haves" are practiced and hardwired within assigned areas.** **· You will need to operate in multiple work environments; proactively provide assistance within scope of practice in ensuring physician can easily access and utilize services.** **· You will ensure unit is actively engaged in responding promptly to patient needs and call lights as appropriate.** **· You will acknowledge patients appropriately, explain the purpose of visit and communicate anticipated duration to enhance patient experience.** **Requirements** **:** **· Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Bachelor’s in Science and/or Master’s in Science from school of Physical Therapy also accepted** **· Minimum of 2 years of experience in appropriate healthcare setting; Supervisory experience preferred** **· Clear/active State of Florida Physical Therapy license** **· Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification** **· Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills** **Benefits** HCA Florida Largo Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
