What You'll Be Doing

Lead and coordinate daily activities of production crews to ensure efficient operationsMonitor equipment and processes to maintain safety and quality standardsSupport training and development of team members to build operational capabilityCommunicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve issuesPromote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
