**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead and coordinate daily activities of production crews to ensure efficient operations
+ Monitor equipment and processes to maintain safety and quality standards
+ Support training and development of team members to build operational capability
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues
+ Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
