Job description

Infosys is seeking Lead Pega Business Consultant. As a Lead Pega Business Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape

Required QualificationsCandidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.At least 6 years of Information Technology experience.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Preferred QualificationsAt least 4 years of experience in leading the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x and with DCO capabilitiesShould be certified CBA in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.xStrong knowledge on Finance Domain/Frameworks is mandatoryUnderstand and document/model the customer's business process, business requirements, and business rules. Translate these items into functional specs/user stories/use casesExperience working in an agile (SCRUM/Pega Smart BPM)Participate actively in the requirements design and build phases, deliver high quality deliverables within the planned timelinesDesign and configure flows and rules. Assist with the user interface and process work flow developmentCommunicate with internal teams and clients to deliver User Interfaces, Screen and Interface mock-upsHandle the Sprint Demo's with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the MVP is getting deliveredExperience in full PRPC implementation cycleWorks in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and riskAccountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success.Experience and desire to work in Global offshore/onshore model.Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:

Ontario: $ 89004 to $ 115491
