Responsibilities

As a Lead Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure flawless production processesStrictly adhere to safety protocols and quality standardsTrain and mentor team members to improve their skills and performanceCoordinate with different departments to successfully implement production schedulesTroubleshoot and determine solutions for any production-related issuesMonitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

Demonstrated background as a lead operator or in a comparable manufacturing positionStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety regulationsOutstanding leadership and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a diverse team environmentHigh attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility to work various shifts as needed
