About the Role

Lead a team to achieve operational excellence in our manufacturing division, specifically in LSP and Bottles.

What You Will DoDirect 20 operators in daily production tasks, maintain adherence to established procedures and quality standards.Troubleshoot Operational Issues: Identify and resolve any operational problems swiftly to minimize downtime and maintain a seamless production flow.Maintain Equipment: Coordinate the maintenance of equipment to prevent any interruptions in the production process.Update Supervisors: Keep the supervisor informed of any issues or challenges that arise daily and bring up unresolved issues promptly.Implement Quality Control: Ensure that all production output meets our world-class quality standards, reducing the likelihood of rework and scrap.Improve Team Performance: Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where each team member can thrive and contribute to our ambitious goals.
