A day in the life.

As the Lead Operations Specialist for the Outsourcing/Centralization - Corporate Mail Team, you will provide guidance and support to MMA/McGriff colleagues across the retail insurance organization as well as third-party vendors, contributing to the company's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include: day to day mail functions,  managing projects focused on achieving operational objectives, enhancing efficiency, and delivering exceptional client service and agency operations. Additionally, you will serve as a team leader for the MMA/McGriff Corporate Mail Team. Please note that this is a critical role and requires an in-office presence.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

College Degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience

Five years of experience within the insurance industry in a client service, team lead, or related role

Highly effective written / verbal communication and facilitation skills

Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals

Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Ability to work without direct supervision

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

Knowledge of insurance specific systems and applications

Experience in leading teams
