As a Lead Operations Engineer, you will be supporting proposal preparation, contract compliance, and commercial risk assessment while leading operational and technical activities across projects.

As a Lead Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational and technical needs.Acting as the focal point for assigned regions or projects and leading regular reviews.Resolving operational and technical issues using applied engineering expertise.Coordinating activities with business unit and engineering teams to support execution.Communicating metrics, project status, and operational updates to internal teams.Preparing cost and technical proposals by interfacing with engineering and commercial teams.Supporting customer or offshore sites as a technical lead when required.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.Have experience working in operations or engineering project roles.Have experience with control systems or related engineering disciplines.Have strong oral and written communication skills.Have strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.Have the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.Have a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
