Linde Gas Equipment Inc. is seeking college graduates for our developmental program. Learn, engage, achieve, develop in sales at a leading global industrial gases and engineering company
What you will be doing:
Actively participate in a 12-month development program focused on developing skills for placement in a sales position following graduation
Learn and understand the LGE business operations while you develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences, project assignments, and formal training
You will work as part of a team, receive guidance from a mentor, report to local leadership, and begin to apply your educational knowledge and experience in a business setting
Lead and administer special projects in sales with peers, colleagues, and members of the leadership team, both at a local and national level
Continuously build your business and leadership skills, helping to prepare innovative solutions and implement process improvement initiatives, that will prepare you for a dynamic role at Linde
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to meet their needs and collaborate to achieve business objectives
