We at AT&T are excited to have an addition to the Tower Strategy Strategic Initiatives team. This organization manages tower rent expense and leads tower infrastructure negotiations, partnering with organizations across the company to facilitate network needs and secure favorable terms that keep our network competitive and cost-efficient.
**What you’ll do:**
+ **Executive Ready Presentations:** Develop clear, compelling presentations and reports for executive leadership, conveying stakeholder insights, complex financial and program data to support strategic decision-making.
+ **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Construction and Engineering, Global Technology Planning, Network Engineering, Corporate Development, Technical Sourcing, Finance, Accounting, Access, etc. to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational strategy.
+ **Decision Support & Insights:** Synthesize complex information into executive-ready insights, strategic internal discussions, project risks, alternative options, mitigation strategies and recommendations.
**What you’ll need**
+ **Effective communicator and strong writer:** Ability to distill complex topics into clear, concise, audience-appropriate emails, briefs, and executive-ready presentations for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.
+ **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** (Radio Access Network, Legal, Finance, Global Technology Planning, Access Construction and Engineering, etc.) to support executive decision-making on high-visibility projects.
+ **Strategic, financial, analytical mindset** : Support critical strategic initiatives within the Telecommunications Wireless Real Estate sector that optimize rent expense.
+ **Tool proficiency** : Strong skillet in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Power BI (as applicable).
**What you’ll bring:**
+ **Required Experience:**
+ 5-8 years of related experience
+ **Preferred Experience:**
+ Experience in Telecommunications and Network Towers domain highly preferred.
+ **Desired Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Engineering, Finance, Business or related field preferred.

Our Lead Network Project/Program Management earns between $116,700 - $175,100 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
