What you’ll do:

Initiative Development: Design and manage complex project plans to drive key strategic initiatives that reduce capital incurred and rent expenses across the organization. 

Financial Modeling: Build, analyze, and maintain robust financial models to support strategic lease programs, including Master Lease Agreement (MLA) negotiations and other cost-reduction initiatives. 

Stakeholder Presentations: Develop clear, compelling presentations and reports for executive leadership, conveying complex financial and program data to support strategic decision-making to garner support. 

Vendor Engagement: Establish, negotiate, and manage contractual relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving measurable outcomes. 

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Network Planning, Technical Sourcing, Finance, Accounting and ACE PMO, to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational strategy. 

What you’ll need

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who excels at analyzing data, leading complex projects, and communicating with senior leadership. 

You will drive critical strategic initiatives within the Telecommunications Real Estate Wireless sector that optimize rental expenses through expert financial modeling, project management, and the negotiation of leasing agreements.  

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Finance) and manage vendor relationships to deliver impactful, cost-saving results, while preparing clear, compelling presentations and reports that support executive decision-making on high-visibility projects.

Driver and Problem Solver: Desires a position to own and drive issues through complex organizational structure that requires working directly with leadership.     

Desires a Complex Role: Strong critical thinking develop through STEM experience or education. Advanced proficiency with data tools and the ability to synthesize complex data. 

Analytical Skills: Strong desire to learn skills required to manipulate and develop visualization of datasets that drive insights. 

Executive Communication: Expertise in developing executive-level presentations and reports, with a keen ability to distill and visualize data for senior audiences. 

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations. 

What you’ll bring:

Required Experience:

5-8 years of related experience

Certification may be required in some areas

Desired Education:

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Engineering, Finance, Business or related field preferred.

Our Lead Network Project/Program Management earns between $116,700 - $175,100 annually.  Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
