About the role:

AT&T’s Tower Strategy & Data Analytics (TSDA) team is seeking a Lead Project & Program Manager—a consultant-minded leader who can champion bold initiatives, drive meaningful cost savings, and leverage cutting-edge AI to optimize our national cell tower portfolio. As Lead Project & Program Manager on the TSDA team, you’ll take ownership of high-impact initiatives, contract innovation, and AI-driven insights for one of AT&T’s largest expense categories. Your mission: identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities using advanced analytics and AI.
What you’ll do:
Champion Strategic Initiatives: Identify, evaluate, and lead sourcing and contract optimization efforts across our cell tower portfolio.Leverage AI & Analytics: Use advanced analytics and AI-driven tools to uncover cost-saving opportunities and streamline contract management.Project Management: Oversee multi-disciplinary projects, coordinating stakeholders to achieve measurable savings and operational improvements.Business Partnership: Translate business needs into actionable sourcing strategies, ensuring supplier accountability and business value.Innovation Leadership: Drive the development and adoption of new tools and best practices across the team.Reporting & Savings Tracking: Lead monthly and quarterly savings reporting, ensuring transparency and accuracy in cost management.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with technical and business leaders, sharing insights and facilitating knowledge transfer across teams.What you'll need
5–7 years’ experience in technical sourcing, network program management, or related fields.Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive change across functions and geographies.Technical fluency in telecom, network architecture, AI/ML, and analytics.Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Experience with contract management, supplier relationships, and cost optimization.Our Lead Technical Sourcing Management, earns between $118,800-$178,200 USD Annual Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
