**Koniag IT Systems, LLC,** a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Lead Mobility Engineer to support KITS and our government customer in Washington, DC. This opportunity will require the candidate to work onsite in downtown Washington, DC; Hybrid (3 days onsite up to 2 telework). _This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity._

**Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:**
We are looking for a highly qualified, experienced and self-motivated individual to perform the duties of a Lead Mobility Engineer to support a potential future business opportunity located in Washington, DC. The ideal Lead Mobility Engineer will:
+ Plan and lead major technology assignments, evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
+ Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
+ Systems engineering support throughout the entire system life cycle to support datacenter modernization.
+ Develops understanding of customer's organization, goals, business needs, and enterprise mobile architectures and systems.
+ Establishes system development and integration methodologies and standards such as the ELCM.
+ Develops system architectures that adhere to the Enterprise Mobile Architecture.
+ Develops user requirements and ensures that business solutions are consistent with client strategic goals and investment decisions.
+ Employs best practice processes in the design, development, integration, and implementation of mobile systems.
+ Apply business process improvement practices to reengineer business processes, principles, and methodologies.
+ Implements state-of-the-practice mobile technology in the client environment, using leading-edge approaches, concepts, and ideas.
+ Researches and evaluates mobile system designs to select appropriate technology and ensure efficient use of resources.
+ Supervise other team members as needed.
+ Onsite downtown Washington, DC three (3) days per week.
**Required Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Abilities:**
+ Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant discipline
+ Have a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor
+ Possess a base-level certification, such as A+, Security+, or Network+ Possess a Core certification within their functional area, such as VMware Certified Specialist -Workspace ONE 21.X Advanced Integration
