The ideal Lead Mobility Engineer will: + Plan and lead major technology assignments, evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. + Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. + Systems engineering support throughout the entire system life cycle to support datacenter modernization. + Develops understanding of customer's organization, goals, business needs, and enterprise mobile architectures and systems. + Establishes system development and integration methodologies and standards such as the ELCM. + Develops system architectures that adhere to the Enterprise Mobile Architecture. + Develops user requirements and ensures that business solutions are consistent with client strategic goals and investment decisions. + Employs best practice processes in the design, development, integration, and implementation of mobile systems. + Apply business process improvement practices to reengineer business processes, principles, and methodologies. + Implements state-of-the-practice mobile technology in the client environment, using leading-edge approaches, concepts, and ideas. + Researches and evaluates mobile system designs to select appropriate technology and ensure efficient use of resources. + Supervise other team members as needed. + Onsite downtown Washington, DC three (3) days per week. **Required Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Abilities:** + Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant discipline + Have a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor + Possess a base-level certification, such as A+, Security+, or Network+ Possess a Core certification within their functional area, such as VMware Certified Specialist -Workspace ONE 21.X Advanced Integration **Requirements:** + Candidates must pass a Criminal Background check **Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy** The company is an equal opportunity employer.
