Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead Mobile Developer to join their team. As a Lead Mobile Developer, you will be part of the Digital Banking team supporting innovative mobile solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for technology, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Assume responsibility for the Key Bank consumer mobile application engineering (iOS/Android), including design & development, app store deployment, and performance enhancements.
+ Assist and oversee mobile engineering efforts across the digital banking team, organized into squads of 3-4 engineers.
+ Provide technical leadership in designing solutions and mentoring other developers while ensuring high standards of mobile engineering practices.
+ Participate in all aspects of the Mobile software development lifecycle within an Agile Scrum environment.
+ Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and technical leads to translate wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Information Science or equivalent.
+ Minimum of 5-7 years experience in iOS and/or Android native Mobile development.
+ Experience in building iOS apps using Objective-C and/or Android apps using Android Studio/Java.
+ Experience with automated builds & processes, including Fastlane and shell scripts.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to create innovative solutions.
